Everest Day 2017 Celebration
On May 21, 2017, US Nepal Climbers Association took part in Nepal Day Parade held in Manhattan, NYC.
On May 28, 2017, US Nepal Climbers Association coordinated with Sherpa Kyidug to organize a function to celebrate Everest Day. The program was held in two part series. The program started by organizing vigil candle light in rememberance of people who had lost lives while climbing Mt. Everest. Later, the program proceeded to formal function with honorable guests and mountaineers discussing about the importance, significance and opportunities of Everest Day.
